A timely working paper from GSSP/IFPRI. Ghana has for sometime now being struggling with national ag. data sets and MoFA PPMED and SRID need a lot of help - TA and resources to collect accurate, consistent and current data for anlysis and decision making. Has GSSP disseminated the findings and recommendations. Who is taking up the implementation and leading it? GoG through MoFA or donors as usual. Several dissertations and thesis have been written with good data and gathering dust at th the ag. faculty in Legon. Let's get good data for Ghana by adding value to the Facts and Figures from SRID. All other data has their root from there.

I wish to seek more information on paper summary of GSSP on "Agricultural services, decentralisation and local governance" - June 3, 2010. From the table of swing and core voting may I get explanation to what #1 and#2 under each eectoral area stand for and what the relation is with number of voters as stated under each electoral area?
